SkillFlow Edge was founded by Reka Korodi, who brings experience from both international corporate environments and professional service firms.

During her time in Malta, she worked with companies such as Gasan Group and Play’n GO, gaining first-hand insight into how growing organisations operate and what kind of professional support they truly need to move forward efficiently.

Through these experiences, she recognised a common challenge: many companies require expertise across multiple areas — marketing, digital presence, business support, and operations — but building large internal teams or coordinating multiple external providers often becomes complex and inefficient.

SkillFlow Edge was created to offer a more structured solution: a single point of contact combined with a network of specialists, allowing businesses to access the expertise they need in a flexible and coordinated way.
